I think there are gambling is illegal in some states. I know that here in Georgia, where I live, the game (is) to gain illegal, unless sanctioned by the government as the Georgia Lottery. At a time when private homes were searched leading poker games with high stakes and imprison people who consult a lawyer in any case would further clarity on the issue before proceeding.
